(I might still exercise today, I haven't decided. Regardless, tomorrow will be very active with lots of exercise. Maybe even a double Bikram class, we will see...)

500ml of spirulina/banana/cinnamon smoothie
Amy's organic pinto beans over romaine lettuce
with home-made raw salsa and gaucamole on top
1 liter of cocomut water
1 liter of water
32oz of ginger/lemon/stevia water

(I exercised too; 90 minutes of Bikram yoga and 45 minutes of walking)

Today was not the usual...



Did not drink enough water. (I feel super dehydrated.)
I spent time with a friend, it was fun, we had Mexican food (guacamole, beans, chips and salad) and bread pudding for dessert. (-So naughty, I know. Bad idea.) I was up REALLY early this morning, so I also had 5 clementines, 1 grapefruit, 2 bananas and a Hemp Bum Bar earlier. My stomach felt so full today, it made me feel really tired. I missed my yoga class, but I did do 90 minutes of exercise; trampoline bouncing, strength training, walking and the 5 Tibetan Rites. (-Thank goodness!)

5 Clementines
500ml of organic carrot/romaine lettuce juice (-Really tasty!)
1 liter of banana/dandelion/celery/cinnamon/water smoothie (Really tasty!)
2 Pure raw bars (Pretty good.)
Some almonds (Roasted, not raw,..bad idea, but I ate them anyway.)
Raw carrot-spirulina puree (This was a bad idea too, didn't like it.)
1 liter of water with MSM
16oz of lemon water
*Even though I ate some 'not so great' things today, I had a REALLY great day. I felt like I grew. Like I am expanding. My awareness, consciousness and love is getting deeper and fuller. I'm thankful. :)*

(I exercised too; 90 minutes of Bikram yoga, 1 hour of walking.)

Medium bowl of raw dandelion soup 
(I used the left over tomato-coco-garlic dressing ingredients to make the soup)

(both times with raw curry-coconut-miso sauce)

Today was not a good food day for me. Very boring. But the sauce I made was good. Well, ..the greens were tasty too, I just didn't like the noodles so much.

Bowl of raw garlic/dandelions/noodles/miso/water
Large green salad with sprouted spelt noodles
with an organic raw coconut-miso dressing
1.5 liters of water

(I exercised too; 40 minutes of walking, 90 minutes of Bikram yoga)

Today I ate;

12oz of *ginger/garlic/orange/dandelion juice
The juice of 9 oranges
Lots of soaked figs
32oz of green smoothie (greens mix/water/banana)
Nori rolls (nothing but mixed baby greens inside)
with organic *curry-miso-orange dressing

*Super Immunity Juice*
Super simple and a great health boost. 
Juice ginger, garlic, greens and oranges. I just blend all of the ingredients in a blender, then strain them. No juicer needed.

*Curry-Miso-Orange Dressing*
It's REALLY good. You use the pulp of your garlic/ginger/greens/orange juice. Mix it with coconut oil, curry powder, miso, and water.

(No exercise today, I had LOTS of laundry and catching up to do. I will do a double yoga session this weekend. I'm trying to reach a certain amount of yoga classes in a certain amount of days. -Wish me luck!)

Small salad and a seaweed/veggie plate (at Quantum Leap)
Avocado with mixed greens and raw sauerkraut
--UGH, I ate too much today!
(Good thing I exercised too! ..90 minutes Bikram yoga, and 90 minutes of walking)

*Eating RAW Plantain* -I always make sure that my plantain is completely black before I eat it. It should be very ripe. Actually, all bananas should. I never eat yellow bananas without lots of blacks spots on them. :) For your health, sweet is always better than starchy.

sesame seeds (grind the seeds first in a coffee or nut grinder)

1 salad made of 1/2 head of lettuce with carrot, seal salt and tomato on top

1 cup of camomile tea
Lots of dried organic Turkish figs (3/4 were soaked)
1 liter of green smoothie (spirulina, banana, mixed greens, water)
A huge mixed veggie (beets/cabbage/avocado/seaweed/seeds, etc..) salad (at Whole Foods)
Some pumpkin and taro veggie chips
(I exercised too,..90 minutes of walking, and 90 minutes of hot yoga.)
