Super simple and a great health boost.
Juice ginger, garlic, greens and oranges. I just blend all of the ingredients in a blender, then strain them. No juicer needed.
*Curry-Miso-Orange Dressing*
It's REALLY good. You use the pulp of your garlic/ginger/greens/orange juice. Mix it with coconut oil, curry powder, miso, and water.
(I exercised too; 90 minutes of hot yoga and 40 minutes of walking.)
