500ml of organic carrot/romaine lettuce juice (-Really tasty!)
1 liter of banana/dandelion/celery/cinnamon/water smoothie (Really tasty!)
2 Pure raw bars (Pretty good.)
Some almonds (Roasted, not raw,..bad idea, but I ate them anyway.)
Raw carrot-spirulina puree (This was a bad idea too, didn't like it.)
1 liter of water with MSM
16oz of lemon water
*Even though I ate some 'not so great' things today, I had a REALLY great day. I felt like I grew. Like I am expanding. My awareness, consciousness and love is getting deeper and fuller. I'm thankful. :)*
(I exercised too; 90 minutes of Bikram yoga, 1 hour of walking.)
