Today I ate;



Lots of organic oranges. (Ate the whole fruit, ..or I juiced them.)
750ml of green smoothie (LOTS of spirulina, with water and banana)
1 liter of water
2 Kind seed and nut bars
Amy's organic pea soup
A few spoons of (oil-free) hummus
1 small Zico coconut water
(I exercised,..hot yoga for 90 minutes and 40 minutes of walking..)
