Today I ate;



500ml of ginger/green apple/parsley juice
Puree of apple/radish/banana/ginger
Lots of kale chips
Lots of green salad with raw sauerkraut/raw olive oil/cayenne/avocado
1 liter Vita coconut water
1 liter water
(I exercised too,...40 minutes walking, 90 minutes bikram yoga
