Raw puree (of apple/ginger/banana/stevia/radish)
Drank some
Yogi teas (Detox and St. John's Wort)
500ml of water
Big salad with avocado/apple/radish/raw saurkraut/cayenne pepper on top
(I exercised,..90 minutes of hot yoga, 40 minutes of walking, etc..)
