Today I ate;

750ml puree of plantain/ginger/red apple/stevia
32oz organic apple/ginger/lettuce juice
10oz puree of apple/ginger/banana/cinnamon
10oz mixed green veg juice (with banana mixed in for taste)
1.5 liters of water
Big green salad with home-made Apple-Miso dressing
and a small bowl of whole wheat noodles


(I exercised too, ..40 minutes of walking, ..and 90 minutes of hot yoga)
