Some navel oranges
Apple/ginger/cinnamon/water/banana puree
with 1 sliced banana on top
Big bowl of plain organic mixed herbs/greens
with raw tomato-coco-garlic dressing
Some soaked turkish figs
1 banana
Medium bowl of raw dandelion soup
(I used the left over tomato-coco-garlic dressing ingredients to make the soup)
(I exercised too; the 5 Tibetan rites, Bikram yoga, and trampoline jumping)
