32oz of fresh organic dandelion/ginger/green apple juice
Lots of orgainc navel oranges
1 liter of organic green apple/banana/water/cinnamon/ginger puree
12oz of coconut water
1 liter of water
Dandelion greens/cherry tomatoes/shredded carrot salad
with home-made raw coco-curry sauce on top
(I exercised too; Five Tibetan Rites, 90 minutes of Bikram Yoga, 40 minutes of walking)
