2.5 liters of water
1 cup of camomile tea
Lots of dried organic Turkish figs (3/4 were soaked)
1 liter of green smoothie (spirulina, banana, mixed greens, water)
A huge mixed veggie (beets/cabbage/avocado/seaweed/seeds, etc..) salad (at Whole Foods)
Some pumpkin and taro veggie chips
(I exercised too,..90 minutes of walking, and 90 minutes of hot yoga.)
