700ml fresh carrot+green lettuce juice
1liter of water
1 berry smoothie (organic mixed berries, banana, water)
1 citrus mix juice (organic grapefruit, orange, lemon, ginger)
1 Odwalla supergreen smoothie
1liter green smoothie (spirulina, green lettuce, banana)
1 granny smith apple
(I exercised too,..Bikram yoga 90 minutes, 60 minutes of walking..)
