The juice of 4 small grapefruits and 8 small oranges
500ml of red radish/green apple/fresh ginger juice
1 Odwalla Mango smoothie
1 Supergreen Energy smoothie (from New York Naturals)
500ml of green smoothie (1/2 head of green lettuce/2 small bananas/spirulina/coco-water)
1 salad made of 1/2 head of lettuce with carrot, seal salt and tomato on top
(I exercised too, ..40 minutes of walking, and 90 minutes of hot yoga)
