1 cup of dandelion greens/green apple juice
1.5 cups carrot/romaine lettuce juice
1 Sambazon acai green smoothie drink
1 Odwalla superfood green smoothie drink
1 large romaine salad (with avocado, raw-alive olive oil, red onion, garlic, cayenne, celery and sea salt)
(-I exercised too, 90 minutes hot yoga, and 40 minutes of walking)
