--UGH, I ate too much today!
(Good thing I exercised too! ..90 minutes Bikram yoga, and 90 minutes of walking)
*Eating RAW Plantain* -I always make sure that my plantain is completely black before I eat it. It should be very ripe. Actually, all bananas should. I never eat yellow bananas without lots of blacks spots on them. :) For your health, sweet is always better than starchy.
