Quality Rest: Probably 8 hours of sleep, I felt rested when I woke up.
Yoga Practice:30 minutes of kunadlini yoga
Sun & Air: Got some during my outdoor workouts.
Sweat & Fun: 20 minutes of stair climbing & 60+ minutes of walking.
Fruity Meals: Watermelon / Pineapple & Korean melon blended / Grapes & bananas blended / Brown Turkey figs/ Halawy dates (will be my dinner)
Creative Work: Worked on website. Yay!
Giving & Sharing: Gave time to my family.
Incorporeal Bliss: Colors are amazing. They make life beautiful & fun.
