Today

Sleep & Rest: 10 hours! I have a new trick for better sleep. -Get to bed early!
Yoga Practice: Kriyas (for neck & shoulders) & mediation for 30 minutes.
Sun & Air: A little sunbathing jogging/walking outdoors for 45 minutes. And more walking after that.
Sweat & Fun: Super sunny 45 minute jog/walk outdoors & 15 minutes of stretching indoors after.
Fruity Meals: Orange honeydew melon / Mixed salad with lots of red romaine & baby lettuces / Mixed veggie salad at restaurant
Creative Work: Website work.

Incorporeal Bliss: Being outside. Wow, what a difference it is to spend most of the day outside. Sunshine & fresh air are so important.
