Today I ate;


2.5  liters of water
Green smoothie (celery/papaya/banana)
Green smoothie (celery/papaya/banana/bell pepper/romaine)
Bananas, persimmons and black sapotes
Big green salad with shredded summer squash 
and a yummy raw tomato dressing on top

(I exercised too; 30 minutes of trail running, 20 minutes of trampoline, 30 minutes of walking, and about 15 minutes of pranayama and some stretching)
