Today I ate;


2 liters of water
The juice of 1 grapefruit
Green smoothie (banana/black sapote/celery/dandelion/mango)
Mango smoothie (sweet yellow pepper/banana/mango)  -Wow, it was good! 
1 summer squash with raw tomato sauce on top

(I exercised too; 90 minutes of yoga and 60 minutes of walking)
