Today I ate;

Green smoothie (spirulina/banana/cinnamon/water)
Raw lettuce wrap with avo/carrot/radish mix inside
32oz of fuji apple juice
64oz of water
Some organic oranges
Hot water with maca/stevia/cinnamon (-really good.)

(I exercised too; 40 minutes of walking 90 minutes of Bikram yoga)
