Today I ate;

2.5 liters of water
Lots of persimmons
750ml of black sapote smoothie (1 sapote/2 bananas/a little papaya/water/ice)
2 pints of grape tomatoes
Baby spring mix salad with avo-pepper-tomato dressing on top

(I exercised too; 90 minutes of hatha yoga and 60 minutes of walking)
