Today I ate;

500ml of lemon water with stevia
1.5 liters of blended spirulina/banana/water
6oz of vegetable chips
Organic avocado/radish/miso/lettuce filled Nori wraps
1 liter of water

(I exercised too; Yoga, bouncing on trampoline, and 20 minutes of walking)
