Today I ate;

14 small persimmons
1 liter of sweet pepper green smoothie
Green leaf lettuce and raw summer squash
with sweet pepper-tomato sauce
3 pints of grape tomatoes (1.5 pints used for the sauce)
3 liters of water

**Sweet Pepper Green smoothie Recipe**
Bananas (4)
Red Bell Pepper (half of a large one)
Celery (2 stalks)
Papaya (half cup)
Dandelion greens (half cup)
Water & Ice (fill blender to liter mark)

(I exercised too; 30 minutes walking, 30 minutes strength training/walking combo, and 90 minutes of hatha yoga)
