Today I ate;


The juice of  1 navel orange and 1 grapefruit
Big green salad with chopped avocado/celery/tomato
and a papaya-mango-tomato dressing on top
Some bananas and persimmons

(I exercised too; 90 minutes of hatha yoga, 30 minutes of walking (while carrying LOADS of fruit!), and 30 minutes of walking at a fast pace)
