Today I ate;

2 grapefruits and a few clementines
A small spirulina/banana/water smoothie
Some orgainc spirulina-tahini sauce over lettuce
1.5 liters of water
1.5 liters of coconut water

(Yay! The exercise for the day was; Bikram yoga, trampoline jumping, and the 5 Tibetan Rites)
