Sun & Air: A very sunny & airy day. Lots of time outdoors.
Sweat & Fun: 60 minute super fast walk.
Fruity Meals: Watermelon / Grapes / Watermelon / Mango / Romaine lettuce with almond-cucumber dressing
Creative Work: Nope, spent the day with family. Celebrated my brothers birthday. :)

Incorporeal Bliss: Salty ocean air. Smells & feels amazing.
