Sun & Air: Outdoor walk.
Sweat & Fun: 2 hour walk.
Fruity Meals: Watermelon / Charentais melon / Figs (foraged during walk) / Mangoes / Avocado, fresh basil & heirloom tomatoes / Spinach salad & mixed chopped veggies
Creative Work: Only blogging.
Give - Share: Bought succulents for my moms garden, bought her a book too.
Incorporeal Bliss: Spending time in nature. It always blows my mind & reminds me to see the bigger picture.
Today-

Yoga Practice: 30 minutes of kundalini yoga
Sun & Air: 45 minutes outdoor walk
Sweat & Fun: No sweating, but the walk was fun.
Fruity Meals: Yellow (seeded) watermelon / Burro bananas / Durian / Guacamole with jicama, lettuce, cucumbers & tomatoes
Creative Work: Brain storming & notes for new website.
Give - Share: Bought my brother a snack. Duplicated a key for my dad. Gave thanks many times, mostly for food. :)
Incorporeal Bliss: Feeling relaxed. It feels so good.
