Sleep & Rest: 8 hours of perfect sleep.
Kundalini Yoga: Nope. Waited too long & now I am too tired.
Sun & Air: Outdoor workout. Yay!
Sweat & Fun: 75 minute run with my mom.
Mono Meals: Mickylee watermelon / Peaches / Persian cucumbers / Chopped fruit veggies on romaine hearts (not a mono meal)
Creative Work: Only blogging. :)
Give - Share: Shared my food. I also made food for others.
Incorporeal Bliss: Feeling one with others. I love when there is no judgment & no separation. It's usually only for a few seconds, but it's bliss.
