Sleep & Rest: 7.5 hours of sleep.
Yoga Practice: 45 minutes of kunadlini yoga
Sun & Air: 2 hour walk to buy fruit (jogged part of the way there & carried a heavy load on the way back).
Sweat & Fun: Sweated a bit during my run & while doing kundalini yoga.
Fruity Meals: Watermelon / Pineapple, banana & blueberry smoothie / Small piece of Jackfruit / White nectarines / Blended Asian pears & Halawy dates with a bit of fresh ginger / Zucchini noodles with raw tomato sauce
Creative Work: Just blogging.
Give - Share: Gave it a rest. Someone over charged me for something. I totally want to drop it. Don't feel like going back to sort it out. Too much time & effort, not worth the few bucks.
Incorporeal Bliss: Hearing baby birds chirp in a tree. Feeling a fuzzy plant. Seeing the wind blow & tickle leaves.
