Sleep & Rest: Maybe as much as 9.5 hours of sleep. Yay! Blacking out windows works wonders.
Kundalini Yoga: Just 30 minutes of stillness. Not really as a kundalini practice. But I have a feeling that I am about to go "yoga crazy" for the rest of this month & beyond. So stay tuned...
Sun & Air: Only running errands outdoors.
Sweat & Fun: Lots of sweat & exercises from running errands, moving out of my place & getting it ready to sublet.

Incorporeal Bliss: Today was like a tornado. Lots of stuff to handle back to back, non-stop. Over 12 hours of constant movement & work. But there was a moment where I made the choice to turn off all things (music, A/C, phone, etc.) & spend 30 minutes in silence & stillness. -It was bliss!
