Today I ate;


1.5 liters of water
Mangoes
Ripe plantain (-So good!)
Red leaf/avocado/tomato/cucumber/dandelion Salad
w/ the same dressing as yesterday
= 1700 calories for the day

Just straight up?

I wait till the skin is totally jet black all around, and then I peel & eat it as is. Sometimes I blend them in smoothies.
