baby carrots (a large handful)
water (a little)
ginger
garlic
cayenne
coconut oil (1 tbsp)
1 bell pepper
mango (1 cup)
Grape tomatoes (half pint)
1 cucumber
(I exercised too: 60 minutes of mixed strength training/yoga/cardio)
