The juice of 5 grapefruits and 1 navel orange
1.5 liters of *Mango-Maca green smoothie (It's really good!)
1.5 liters of green smoothie (romaine/bananas/water/cinnamon)
2 pints of organic grape tomatoes
2 liters of water
(I exercised too; the five tibetan rites, 90 minutes of yoga, 60 minutes of walking, and 15 minutes of dancing on my trampoline)
**Mango-Maca Green Smoothie Recipe**
1 teaspoon of spirulina
Cinnamon (add to taste)
Maca (I use a lot, but taste it first before you add too much)
Dried mango (I soak it first)
5 small bananas
4 large stalks of celery
Ice cubes (made from filtered water)
Water (add enough to reach the 1 liter mark on your blender)
