Today I ate;

1 liter of green smoothie (banana/celery/maca/dandelions)
Romaine leaves dipped in *tomato-mango dip
Lots of soaked figs
Lots of organic grape tomatoes
1 liter of water

*Tomato-Mango Dip* 
1 pint of grape tomatoes
organic dried mango  (a few pieces)
celery (a few stalks)
dulse (to taste)
1 small avocado
1 clove of garlic
1 large red bell pepper
lemon juice (half a lemon)



(The exercise of the day was walking. I didn't make my scheduled yoga class. I was at an artist Q&A that ended later than expected.)
