Grape tomatoes (or cherry tomatoes)
Celery (I use lots)
Garlic (fresh)
Sweet pepper (I use 1 small one)
Cilantro (fresh)
Mango (you can buy it dried and soak it in water)
Lemon (just the juice)
Avocado (I use 1 a small one)
Dulse (optional)
(I exercised a little: 30 minutes on the trampoline, and I carried lots of things up and down the stairs. I had a busy day today)
