Today I ate;


I had lunch at Lifethyme 
(lots of pre-made raw veggie salad dishes with green leaf lettuce and an avocado)
Lots of soaked organic figs
2.5 liters of water

(I exercised too; 75 minutes of mixed strength training and cardio on my trampoline, and 40 minutes of walking)
