The juice of a few oranges
Green salad with radish/avocado/carrots with raw home-made ginger-carrot dressing
Spirulina/cinnamon/banana/water smoothie
Organic green leaf lettuce leaves with a little hummus on top
45oz of coconut water and 1.5 liters of regular water with MSM
(I exercised too; 45 minutes of walking and bikram yoga)
~I felt really good today. It was a great day.
