Today I ate;


1.5 liters of water
Mixed orange & grapefruit juice (<--I drank it all afternoon! So good.)
Banana-celery smoothie (<--The usual. Always good.)
Shredded summer squash mixed with mashed avocado

(I'm back to exercising! My back feels so much better. It's not 100 percent yet, but it's getting there. Today I did a 50 minute power walk and 30 minutes of dancing/bouncing around on my trampoline. I hope I didn't over do it. It felt so good to exercise again!)
