Today I ate;

2 liters of water
Green smoothie (celery/banana)
A few bananas
A few pieces of mango
Soaked organic Turkish figs
Endive leaves (used as chips) 
with a raw salsa-gaucamole

(I exercised too; 30 minutes on the trampoline and 30 minute brisk walk)
