Today and Yesterday I ate;

Pretty much the same on both days...

Green smoothies #1 & #2
(celery/banana)
(ripe plantain/cilantro)

Hummus on mixed organic greens
(pre-made hummus from the store, bad idea)

The only exercise I did was walking. I was really busy the last two days and my schedule was thrown off quite a bit.
