Today I ate;


2 liters of water
Green smoothie (banana/bok choy)
Green smoothie (banana/celery/dandelion)
Bananas
Cilantro salad with avocado/pepper/celery

(I exercised too; 30 minutes of running, 45 minutes of walking, and 30 minutes jumping on the trampoline)
