Today and Yesterday I ate;


Sunday-
1.5 liters of water
Carrot-kale juice
Shredded heirloom lettuce, avocado and chopped red bell pepper
with an orange juice/red habanero pepper/celery/cherry tomato sauce

Monday-
1.5 liters of water
Oranges
Pears
Shredded heirloom lettuce, avocado and chopped red onion
with an Orange-Red Pepper Sauce* (<--This sauce is awesome! I make it with fresh organic oranges. I juice a couple by hand, then add the juice to the vitamix along with a whole sweet red bell pepper and a 1/4 hot red habanero pepper. Becareful not to use too much hot pepper, it's really hot. You can also make it with out the hot pepper. Just use the sweet ones. )
