Small coffee & soymilk (<-same story as always, tasted & felt good while, but not after..)
Banana-celery-beet top smoothies
Alfalfa sprouts & shredded cucumber
w/chopped cucumber & tomato sauce w/herbs on top
= 1800 total calories for the day
