Today I ate;



1 cup hot water with Maca and Stevia
1 liter of green smoothie (kiwi, banana, spirulina, water, green lettuce)
The juice of two oranges
1 carrot
1 Pure raw bar
1 Lara raw bar
Organic Nori sheets and Hummus (made without oil)
Medium bag of potato chips (-while at Laundry Mat, ..bad idea)
1.5 liters of water
(I exercised too,..90 minutes hot yoga, and 1hr. of mixed cardio..)
