Today I ate;


22oz of cucumber/ginger/green apple juice.
The juice of one small orange
12oz of banana/ginger/water/apple/cinnamon smoothie
16oz of Acai juice
10oz of hazelnut mylk
12oz of prune/banana/water smoothie
10oz of superfood green smoothie
Nori rolls (avocado, miso, dandelions, onion, wrapped in Nori)
with a home-made 'green apple/ginger/parsley/garlic' sauce
1.5 liters of water
(I exercised too, 90 minutes of Bikram yoga, 1 hour of walking)
