Today I ate;


25oz of organic apple/ginger/parsley juice
25oz of organic lemon/ginger/honey water
1.5 liters of water
Puree of apple/ginger/banana/warm water/stevia
Organic Nori wraps w/salad inside (Same salad as yesterday)
Turkish figs for dessert
(I exercised too, ..90 minutes of walking, and 90 minutes of hot yoga)
