Today I ate;


1 liter organic fresh apple/lemon/ginger juice (with raw honey mixed in)
1 liter water
A big mixed baby spring mix salad with avocado and *dressing*
Some organic turkish figs for dessert
(I exercised too, ..90 minutes bikram yoga, 1 hour of walking..)

*Raw Fig Parsley Tahini Dressing recipe*
organic turkish figs
raw honey
parsley
lemon
apple
water
garlic
raw olive oil
sea salt
cayenne (optional)
sesame seeds (grind the seeds first in a coffee or nut grinder)
ginger (optional)
carrot (optional)
(Blend the above ingredients in whatever way suits your pallet! Enjoy.)
