Get Good Sleep: 7hrs.
Drink Enough Water: I don't I did.
Take Brisk Shower: I did. twice!
Soak Up Sunshine: 30 minutes of sunbaking.
Breathe Fresh Air: While sunning & walking.
Practice Kundalini Yoga: 33 minutes of mediation & kriyas.
Sweat & Have Fun: 30 minutes of dancing around (plus, lots of walking on a hot day).
Pray Before Meals: Once, but it was during, not before. I said, "thank you thank you thank you" as I ate my durian.
Drink/Eat Light Foods: Liter of fresh OJ / Bananas / Durians
Wear Bright Colors: I wore a white cotton scarf with a neon green pin.
Experience Everyday Bliss: Seeing someone happy. It's contagious. :)
