Today

Sleep: 4 hours, woke up (misquote bite), then another 5 hours
Water: 2 liters
Sunshine: Maybe 30 minutes.
Love: Being able to sleep in. Love that comfy feeling of getting extra Zzzzz.
Joy: 75 minutes of kundalini yoga, plus 30 minutes of mixed strength training & cardio (jumping, seated tucks, running in place, v-ups, etc.)
Gratitude: So lucky that I have great friends & really loving people in my life.
Bliss: Doing nothing. I had a moment were I wanted to just sit & be. I was outside running an errand & all of a sudden, I just wanted to stop & take a break. It felt so good to just "zone out", look at birds, listen to sounds, feel the breeze, & breathe.
Juicy-lusciousness: Champagne mangoes galore! / Yesterday's salad leftovers
