Sleep: 5 or 6 hours. I went to bed late & had to wake up early.
Sunshine: Had my lunch outside, a business meeting outside, plus(!) sun-baking & breeze-bathing.
Love: I love nature. I really do.
Joy: Kundalini yoga, inversions & core exercises happening soon, & stair repeats (3 sets x 10) already done.
Gratitude: Grateful for chinatown. It always has the best energy.
Bliss: I saw beautiful leafy shadows change shapes on the pages of the book I was reading underneath a tree in the park. It also felt wonderful when big clouds would cover the sun while I was sunbathing. The shady moments felt refreshing.
