Pink grapefruit juice
Several kiwis
Heirloom lettuce, avocado and cherry tomato salad
with chopped cilantro and a grapefruit juice-tomato-celery dressing (<--It's really good! You can make it with a little fresh garlic and red pepper too.)
(I exercised too; 80 minute nature trail walk)

Thanks for posting your daily meals. I must try banana and celery smoothie. Never thought of that combination.
