A few soaked Turish figs
Red leaf lettuce salad with avocado
and salsa (celery/hot pepper/tomato/carrot/cilantro) on top
(Still not exercising because of my back. I think this may take at least a week to heal. I'm in good spirits, but my lower back is still really unhappy. The next few days I will completely rest to see if that makes it happy. I hope so. I really miss being up and about. This is a good lesson for me to learn about over doing it. Next time I will use more care when doing lots of physical work and take good care of all of me. I will definitely treat my back with much more care.)
